Valid opinions and I'm with you on some... my point is more about people overhyping politics in Britain - it's not like we've got Robert Mugabe as the Prime Minister..
I think the vast majority of politicians are rubbish.. just not EVIL.

If you want to laugh at stereotype "Britain-to-the-dogs" opinions just browse the BBC's 'Have Your Say' comment pages - the most recommended are always nuggets of Daily Mail hilarity.

Re: Lisbon Treaty
vast majority of politicians are evil and elitist! our government are supposed to protect us and have a responsibility as in their words 1st world to humanity but abuse it by going against its peoples votes not t wage illegal wars to get oil! ( weapons of mass destruction ) to fuel our economy when it should be looking into renewable energy which is completely achievable being as we have a sun, wind and water, plus the fact it would even try to insult our intelligence as people by telling us to follow the u.s. into a bullshit war that they only had the power to do because they blew up their own people so they could pin it on islamic people making it acceptable to nick oil in front of the whole world without anybody doing anything about it! which if they thought for a second they could have got away with it would have been iran, only its not as safe a bet as sadam being as they armed him, better the devil you know and all that, 2 year olds can see whats going on today man but adults like to ignore it all and watch x factor instead. government are like pedophiles man, they groom us then fuck us! the country has gone to the dogs but not through any other reason than the fact we dont really care about eachother, community, parents have no power over their kids anymore so kids dont fear or respect them anymore, and that was the government who changed that, now kids stab eachother in playgrounds and teachers legally are prohibited from stopping it! the state raises the kids now! we need to try and change something

Okay okay. Dont call 9/11 an inside job. Apart from it being bloody offensive beyond belief, its also a bit silly.
The everyday man would rather watch XFactor? Dont blame em. Because id rather have fun and enjoy things can constantly dwelling on shit and think "uh nuu, du war iz bad". And im sure 2 year olds would rather pick their noses and want to own a horse. I would educate a 2 year old on the war... im sure they just like being happy, as do many people.
My god i just dont know what else to say....

I don't think many of them are intentionally evil, just compeltely misguided. The whole 'power corrupts' thing might be overused but it is true, it's happened in pretty much every country in history, from the US to the Soviet Union. Yearly elections and strict limits on how long MPs and senior civil servants can serve might fix this, but what government is going to pass a law kicking them all out at the end of the year? Obviously it could be a lot worse, but at least then ordinary people actually have some desire to change stuff beyond 'kick out all the immigrants'.

wonder if all the families in Iraq and Afgan think its silly?
offensive to who?? the people who demolished two buildings with people still in them?? or the or the easily led patriots they send off to kill innocent people in other countries, or the people who died that will never ever get justice?? OR the average man with his head in the sand and his arse in the air ready for a royal rogering?? 90% of those people who want the imigrints out are the same ones that support these wars.
ignorance is bliss but if you mess up your kitchen and ignore it, it doesnt get clean if you catch my drift, it just gets worse. we didnt do enough to stop any of this shit happening so we should probs start looking into stopping anymore damage being done to the world and if we lose what little rights we have we wont be able to do anything at all, the lisbon treaty will lose us our rights so if showing our support for the one man who rebels agints it by way of a petition can make just the tiniest bit of difference to that one man fighting it
im behind him. and being as metal is all about being a rebel i woulda thought most metal fans would support a true rebel
