Cubase Help!!

My event view on cubase has changed!!!!! waaaaaaaaa!!

It looks like an automation view or something. I want to see the solid sound piece- you know what i mean. The familiar one we see on ProTools/ Wavepad.

Its this weird line ive got that moves up and down from a fixed horizontal line in the center of the event.

They look like MIDI tracks, if they are you cannae get them to look like waveforms.

Also it looks like therye arn't any bar marking on the top, it hasn't been really, really, really, really stretched out horizontally has it?

Other than that I don't know what to suggest other than playing around with the region settings and right clicking on the arrange window background/a region and see if that brings up any extra options
