Yep, i know as he is my buddy!!!!

He has a really good job as a systems analyst, and it isn't convienient for him to have the time off for all the gigs, so as happened a couple of times last year, a guy called Jason stands in on the live dates Jim can't make!!! Steve and Nige have their own businesses so time off is no problem. Sy and Alan i'm not sure about but obviously make all the shows ok. Simple really!
