Did earache not almost implode before because they signed too many run of the mill bands?? Maybe that is why they have given Heretic the cold shoulder so far because they think they are too promising to be signed to them.

CD sales would be decent. I haven't heard anyone say they don't like Heretic. I mean, even I'd buy the CD, and I don't buy CDs. I would truely like Heretic to get a spot on recording (so not the guy that did all the Earache thrash CDs so far) and get a full length sexy bit of kit out.

It doesn't even have to be Earache...or even a fucking record deal, someone just give them loads of money to make a splendid album.

I'd be disappointed if Heretic signed to Earache. They want to wait until a decent label that can promote their album outside of Goth mags comes along.

I'd be happy if they got signed, but Earache would be the last place I'd want it to happen. Better than nothing though. They'd get more gigs and more music.

Really chuffed that Ben wrote that stuff. His band were fucking mint too, so...

The fact of the matter is, I can sit on here all day saying our songs are better than everybody else's (they are), but as of yet we haven't shown that we're a band that plays lots and lots of gigs - therefore seemingly no one can make any money off us. If we could afford to record an album with Russ on our own, we'd do it, but we can't, so... yeah...

No one knows where that is. I've passed Derby before but already needed a piss before we got onto the A66 so I was sobbing into a copy of the Daily Mail by the time we were near Derby.
