I'm listening to the BBB album now and while it's a good album it's a little bland/flat (IMO). It fails to capture the energy of the band live. So if you want to see a top live thrash band come down and witness the beast that is BBB live.

Wish I was going tonight, they were awesome at the Underworld a little while back.
I've gotta agree with metaldazza though, I was a bit underwhelmed by the album - but they soon changed my mind live!

mutant - completely flawless set with tom sometimes starting on a different beat in a bar just to mix things up which sounded awesome!! i was surprised when they played thump first cause everytime i saw em they play the same set list and was nice to see it mixed round. Tom explained to me the concept of laserdrone which was inspired by a drunken nights game of laser tag which i thought was freaking awesome! cant really say much more, they were tight as fuck.
cauldron - was out eating chicken
bonded by blood - wow!!! fucking mental, amazing stag presence, great mix, good moshing! they were as tight as a 5 year olds vagina! lee doing some awesome shreds and some nice dream theater being played at the beginning, truly awesome!! met loads of peeps, rik dazza spencer steve jamie! hope to see vids up on youtube soon dazza as i seen u got a very pro looking camera!!

Fucking blown away.... I basically filmed the entire Mutant set because it was so awesome. I will upload the few choice songs asap. I didn't waste any flash drive space on Cauldron coz... well.... if you were there you will understand. I managed to film young Zurab stage diving which was cool. Again for BBB I recorded nearly every song (except Feed the Beast which was a fail on my part). Again I will upload the best. I am totally wasted but totally happy... what a gig. Mutant and BBB pwned the entire Thrash scene.... pwned... pwnded I tell you!!!!!!!!!!! My new mic is from the future so it can capture Mutant in their raw form!

Great to talk to Zurab, Spencer and Rik. I hope it was worth staying Rik... you disappeared in to the pit.

They played Peace Sells 4 times in a row after BBB finished.... epic.

I've had four hours sleep in the last 72 BUT it's time for Sunday lunch :) Tempted to get the Eurostar and follow BBB... man they are good.

Yeah, I've got to hand it to the BBB guys, they really do fucking rock live! Their music may not be to my tastes, but they have such good stage presence and energy it doesn't even matter, it's so much fun to watch them play. And the lead guitarist is AMAZING!

Watched a bit of Cauldron, but... well, you know.

I was really pleased with our set, probably the tightest we'd ever played! Good fun indeed, and I enjoyed playing the songs in a different order. Didn't think THUMP worked as well as we thought it would as the first track, but I loved playing Scrap Brain Zone near the end, and finishing with Le Raunche. Maybe I'll suggest playing Laserdrome as an opening song next time, that might be good. Anyway, good fun for all.

As always, good to see all the lovely boys again, and Steve was being highly entertaining indeed after the gig. Thank you muchly for the boys who came and gave us their support, I love you all very much, especially you Spencer.

Until next time, ta taa.

Its all about Stag Presence. If you don't have it naturally though you can just buy a bottle of Musk.

Great evening, Mutant played fantastic but I really couldn't get into it this time (I blame the slightly dodgy hangover), but still it was a great set and it was absolutely lovely to see them change the set-list around a tad.

Bonded by Blood actually surprised me, amazing live band and they seemed like a nice bunch of lads aswell, Aladdin's vocals are particularly hilarious and the leads were just mental. It was a real shame to see the 2 or 3 absolute idiots in the pit being unnecessarily violent just for the sake of it, one of them even had our beloved Steve in a rather unpleasant looking chokehold which was really quite stupid. I hate rubbish people.

But bad stuff aside that really was a great evening, very nice to see everyone again and it was great to briefly meet Metaldazza. Fantastic.
