It's actually quite amazing that they haven't changed the album's title. I'm used to reading interviews with bands saying that their new album is 'Tentatively named X or Y' but Chinese Democracy has been the name of the new album for as long as I can remember.

Yeah same here. Going to a bummer if they have to come up with a new title if China annouces they're to become a Democracy, which will probably happen before this release comes out considering how long its taking...
