Yes! Acid Reign are playing the annual gashfest that is Download.

Acid Reign

Here it is! AR were approached by event organisers for Download 2011 to play one of the days. AR declined. After long hard discussions with the band & organisers, the band has thought why not, as both L.D and Sabbat played Download. Upshot of it is Acid Reign are confirmed & are given a 25 mins set. This is the ONLY AR gig. Not sure which day yet or times etc. Now to get learning 5 songs! Aargh! See you in June!

Don't think they'll do other gigs, fingers crossed though.

Yep it's an April fools joke, they posted on their Facebook page earlier saying so.

Thats shit, because i actually have to go to download this year as i have to take my kids and a couple of their mates, so for a second i was almost happy to go!!!
