saw their one strange night cd last week on local used store
I grab it up and look at the cover and that band member pic on the back insert
guess it must be some AOR/Hard Rock/ Hair Metal stuff,
last night accidently find this album in a metal dl blog,
said they are an old NWOBHM/Heavy Metal band

an auction on ebay is up to 40usd..... wow~

got it today, what a nice surprise
the music inside nothing like what I expect and guess

Excalibur were ace. I saw them loads of times back when Bratfud actually had a metal scene. They were another band that very nearly made it big, they even did a session for Tommy Vance and the legendary Friday Rock Show. They kind of imploded though and lots of bad personal shit made them split up.

Hmm, I think around 04/05, he played some Excalibur riffs once and they sounded great which got me to check out the band. He's moved out of England now though

I was listening to that, and thought it was ok for a bit, but then I thought about the fact that anything of Sultan's ransom by Cloven Hoof is at least ten times better. I thought the vocals sounded a bit like South Park style heavy metaahhyooooon vocals too. And the lyrics...

There were a lot of NWOBHM bands at one point.
