Although it's not the type of thrash I enjoy too much, Elimination gave their best and put on a good performance indeed, we had one of the best gigs we've had in a while, Doctor Death were fucking blinding and more hilarious than ever (Jeremy Jeremy Jeremy Jeremy BEADLE!), and Heretic were shit, I hated them (not really, they were really good and Saltergate and Isle of Dogs gave me a wonderful enjoyment, also Shadow of the Enemy was brilliant). It made me think if you guys keep going in the wonderful progressive/sort-of-melodic direction you're going with the Saltergate EP, you'll become truly fantastic. Very tight as well, and a good variation of Martin faces, perhaps even as good as mine. Most impressive, Obi-Wan has taught you well. A bloody pleasure to finally meet Heretic too, the Office quoting was kept to a minimum, but I think that's a good thing. When I met Thrashduck it was ridiculous and we quoted the Office to each other so much we forgot to actually have a real conversation with each other. Anyway, well done all the boys, and one day we'll come up north and have a bloody marvellous time with Heretits. Nice.
Very fair review there. I would also like to say that Danmas were fucking outstanding, Donny and John leaping off the stage and jiving about like mad men. Not to mention that Donny's vocal stylings really add something. No as i said about 15 times last night, HURRY UP AND RELEASE THE FUCKING EP!
Again it was a really great night that was only partially soured by the actions of others afterwards. Lets hope it doesn't stop Heretic coming down again, i forgot to ask if you brought any merch as well doi!
