Yeah Underworld should be sweeeeet! The new album sounds a bit meh, there are a few more new songs up on the Myspace also. Gotta see Death Angel live though, got to!

I don`t think so - he`s still a powerfull live performer and on "Thrown to the wolfes" he did a great job - IMHO!
And if you're not a metal head then you might as well be dead...

I think the first song off the album Lord of Hate is ace. I can't get the tune out of my head.

Nothing about the new album sucks. The more you listen to it the better it gets. It's a lot better than The Art of Dying too.

It's nothing special I guess, it's not Death Angel.
Death Angel for me is ''Ultra Violence''.

For me the greater part of his power = old-school, nasty, unpolished, dirty vocal you can hear excatly on UV and his extremely high-pitched scream, which gets on many people’s nerves, but fortunately it doesn’t get on my nerves, later his vocals began to be more and more polished and modern and I don’t like very much how they sound now. His vocals on the track you mentioned didn’t impress me much either.

Awful.

Well maybe not that bad but this pretty much defines cookie cutter thrash.

I just listened to Sonic Beatdown again and, excepting the shit and cringing lyrics, I thought it was pretty could. How representative of the album was it because I was pleasantly surprised.
"And what about the churches and all their wealth
There's an unseen fortune under their belts
Are golden temples a symbol of God's way
This horde of wealth is a sickening display"
