Darkness Descends is a great album but are there people here who actually like 'We Have Arrived'? Pretty poor amateurish thrash in my opinion.

Ok, so it wasnt blessed with the production of DD, but the strength of the songs is still there, and look at what the production alone did to the song merciless death!! Imagine if they had rerecorded welcome to the slaughterhouse or falling from the sky too :rockdevil:

Both of them are good! I prefer Don personally, but it's hard to say who is actually better! I like much more songs from DD than these from later DA albums, so maybe that was one of the reasons why I voted for Don actually. His vocals on DD were almost perfect for me. I must have to listen DD with Rinehart on vocals to compare them, but it is impossible, so Doty wins.

I've only heard time does not heal and I'm not big on the vocals... I'm hoping Darkness Decends will be a big improvement with t3h old vocalist which I just downloaded...

Oh my shitting crikey this is bleeding brilliant. I can't believe I've missed this. I have failed so much.

Yeh the vocalist isn't vastly different, but I like him more. I just think Rinehart's style isn't as aggressive as Dotys and probably should be to fit in with DA's style. Saying that, I still like TDNH, it's just been blow straight out of the water with one listen from DD. DOTY!
