You probably already know them, but I would have thought Slauter Xstroyes fits into the prog power category:

Just saw them at Keep it True and they blew me away. Incredible musicianship from all members, but maybe especially the bass player.
Really want to see these guys again!

yes I know this band exist,
never check them out, thought they are some kind of old 80' USPM heavy metal stuff

that song, not something Im looking for
but it still sounds nice, yes the bass is cool
