Re: Warhammer
Nah not at all... that tank is still waiting to be spray painted, but I just hate painting vehicles and I need new brushes etc.

Re: Warhammer
I think Slaanesh would be quite an interesting modelling/painting challenge - Khorne seem really boring because they're just red/bronze with skulls everywhere. I've never really thought about much scope in Tzeentch, but I guess you could do some cool stuff. The only thing is the metal Thousand Sons troops are a total rip off. So are metal Death Guard, that's why I make all mine out of cheap plastics from Ebay. In fact my whole army is pretty much an exercise in cost-cutting; I've just remodelled an old Space Wolves Land Raider into a Nurgle one - fuck paying £35 for a new one!
This is probably one of the most nerdy posts of my UK Thrash career.

Re: Warhammer
No that's the thing, I think GW have totally failed to get across the coolness of Slaanesh - giving their studio army a pink colour scheme for example?! I think the concept of a totally hedonistic and sensually depraved army is really cool - they have NOISE weapons ffs! - it's just acquired really crap connotations.
I do like all the sorcerer type angles of Tzeentch, there are some cool psychic powers you can choose. Would you be planning to play battles or just collect?

Cracking work James.
I really enjoy your posts of your latest pieces. I've been showing them my dad as when he was younger he used to paint Axis and Allied stuff, he has been really enjoying them to.
