Well hopefully the full thing gets released soon, so we can see here. I know what you mean there. I think theres cerrtain parts where he sings, but theres two lines that he definatly doesnt there. Ive seen videos and he does sing, and he sometimes ends up going a little out of time. That may have been from the Bad tour, i cant remember. Anyway, i bet he would do a mix of both now and again.

Yeah, I think he does. I don't think that's a particularly bad thing though, for that kind of music you're there to see more than just the singing of the songs, it's more about the show and the spectacle. If he mimed all the time it'd be a different story, but he obviously doesn't, he just has done occasionally in the past.

However, most of the miming footage I've seen seems to have been from little things like award ceremonies and one-off song performances etc. I guess maybe he did a lot more real singing at his own concerts. I need to gut that Live in Bucharest DVD from the Dangerous tour! That show's amazing!

Hmmm, that could be interesting indeed. I'd also be quite surprised if somewhere down the line, someone doesn't make a proper biopic of his life, sort of like 'Ray' or 'Walk The Line' style. It'd make for one insane film!

I obviously don't know for sure, but it sounded too perfectly like the original to be anything but mimed really. On the footage I have seen of him miming, on various awards shows and other clips on youtube, it's pretty obvious because he's pretty bad at it!! He tends to sometimes forget to hold the microphone up and things like that, and when he does real singing it really does sound very different. It doesn't surprise me though, I think it's nearly impossible for someone to dance like that and sing perfectly at the same time, even for someone as almost superhuman as Michael Jackson.

agreed

He can ( could?) sing though
