Nah, I was bored to tears, so much so that I didn't bother going to see them on the most recent tour.

Even although I really like A Matter of Life and Death, the thought of them playing it all live also reduced me to tears. I'm glad I didn't go because everyone else who did go had a thoroughly miserable time.

Yeah, but you probably think No Prayer For the Dying is good.

Yeah, good christ, No More Lies is a rubbish song! If you're going to use any song as an example of how you think Dance of Death is a good album, at least use Paschendale for goods sake, that song was great. There were a few good songs on it, like Rainmaker and the splendidly silly title track and Face In The Sand, but overall I thought it was quite a poor album compared to the efforts of Brave New World. AMOLAD was even worse (as has been debated on this forum many times). So basically, the last two album tours were a bit shit, which is a shame, because if those were the only times a man has seen them, they don't really know how amazing Iron Maiden really are live (unless the person did actually enjoy those two tours thoroughly, then fair enough). Playing the whole of the last album live was such a silly thing to do.

And No Prayer For The Dying is pretty good I'll have you know. Public Enema Number One, Hooks In You, the title track, Tailgunner, bloody brilliant.

No Prayer For the Dying is Maiden's worst album, along side the first two and the Blaze albums (OOOO! Controversial!). AMOLAD was brilliant just for Brighter Than A Thousand Suns.

Any Maiden album is better than No Prayer, and The X Factor wasn't that bad. Virtual XI was just silly, not bad

The first two are superb, but I agree about NPFTD and Blaze's efforts.
