I only have Breaking the Silence at the mo. I will have to properly check out Victims first. Considering the excitement that Heathen managed to gather with their demo tracks, it's likely to be a very popular and eagerly received release.

December according to my googling. I think it was meant to be earlier but got pushed back.

25th of January :S it was suposed to be released on july but was pushed to late late october. now its pushed to january :S
