Re: Christmas is coming
Yeah, but it was literally the greatest thing that ever happened to anyone. The context made it amazing.

It went along the lines of:
'I'm dressed like the Pope. Do you want to come back to mine and shag me?'

Similar to that. It was just the best revenge-sex ever - I only did it to spite someone else.

Yeah. I never meet new people, I just obsess and cry over every single girl I've gone out with.

Foolish boy. I don't have to worry about that because, of the three long-term girlfriends I've had, one is now fat and the other is a lesbian.
Horrible.

Did you turn her into a lesbian?

I'm not sure... probably, though. I've not seen her since 2005 so I'm kind of relying on word-of-mouth from mutual friends. She was a complete monster anyway.

It's hard for me, because I've only ever gone out with really really fit birds, so when they dump me I'm like "WAAAAAAAAAAAAA NOOO!!!!111 DON'T LEAAVEEEE MEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!1111111111".

Haha, how amusing. Did they hate Napalm Death or something?

No, I always kept the 'heavy metal' side under wraps - most of them never found out.

Re: Christmas is coming
Probably... perhaps I just had selective hearing.
"So, Martin... my daughter tells me you're in a band?"
- "Can you pass the salt, please?"

It's truely amazing. White snow or frost outside on the lawn, terrible jumpers on, fun music, logs on the fire, the entire family round for a massive chicken and turkey dinner, pulling crackers, wearing silly crowns, toasting to Great-Gran (she died around Christmas time), getting up silly early to annoy my parents and open the presents, sitting all in the living room after dinner and watching a stand up DVD I got for christmas, Gran secrectly getting tipsy on Baileys in the corner even though she's heavily Christian so she doesn't get drunk, Grandad turning up with presents wrapped in Newspapers from the 1980s, general hugs and that feeling of love, getting phonecalls from everyone giving their best wishes, hearing from so many people who you really don't get to see enough of, Grandad giving me daft advice about things like stock and house prices in insane detail for no reason, having a massive game of Blackjack or Pontoon, then building some massive lego thing for no reason; "Everyone look for a 2x3 blue block!", then saying bye to everyone at the end, knowing no matter what happens in the upcoming year, good or bad, we'll all be here as a family, with nothing but love and care. It's bloody sodding beautiful.
Bring it the shit on.
Thanks, now I really can't wait

We went to Center Parcs, it was confusing. Swimming on Christmas Day is fucked up.
