Fucked as in doesn't hold it's tune? If so, I'd recommend you change the trem to an Edge Pro. I'm assuming you know how to set up a Floyd Rose properly and it's the trem at fault because I have heard quite a lot of shite about Edge Pro II and Edge Pro III trems wearing out quickly. I think www.ibanezrules.com and www.jemsite.com will have information on which Ibanez trems can be retrofitted to which guitar and so forth. If not there are bound to be guys on the forums there who know what the best plan of action is. I think it's still Gotoh who make the Ibanez hardware so their own, non-Ibanez Floyd Rose might even fit.
I'm not really clued up on Ibanez guitars any more. I had an RG570 when they still used Edges and Lo-Pro Edges. I'm not sure if you can replace Edge Pro/Pro II/Pro IIIs with the old Edge trems. The Edge I had on my RG570 was pretty good like.
The short answer to your question is eBay. I see quite a lot of Ibanez parts on there and I'm on eBay a lot.

That seems to have some information. It says the Edge Pro II has replaceable knife edges, which might be something to look into.

I specifically wan't an Edge Pro II. I know how to fit it and set it up and all that, its quite easy. Mine is just fucked from when i was gigging and has just basically never been looked after. I'll have a look on those sites though.
