What's the last Thrash song you learnt?

Postby OUTLAW - Rob on Mon May 08, 2006 10:19 am

What's the last Thrash, either whole song or just a bit of one, that you learnt?

Mine would be 'Fight Fire with Fire', just a few of the bits, just fancied something for the old chops. Also recently worked out some of the intro to 'No Love' on the old Classical guitar. Very cool.

I really can't remember. I was jamming along to a couple of songs from BBB earlier though.

I recently learned the whole Game Over album apart from the solos.

most of Kill Em All too but not the solos. Just cleaning up my rhythm!

The last song though... Hmm I think Brain Dead by Exodus.

I only ever learn riffs here and there, I havnt got the patience or inclination to learn entire songs, last I bothered to learn was the opening few bits to Never, Neverland...

Me too to be honest. The only time I've learned full songs was when we've wanted to cover them, and haven't done that for a while.

The last full song I leanrt was probably Holy Wars....

The intro to Alison Hell. Like what Jono said, I know a few riffs here and there from various songs but I never bother learning full songs.

Yeah, I tried to sing a long while playing 'Dittohead' the other day and I just couldn't do it. He doesn't get enough credit...
