I just crave military things, all wars and such.

Ancient battles are amazing, tactics etc.

WW1 is by far the most mental and futile war.

WW2 really interesting, fast paced, dynamic, daft super weapons.... i think it was the last war to use siege mortars... seems likely.

I just love it all....
Gee.... I don't know about the rest of you guys, but lately the only things that truly motivate me are erections and bowel movements.

Thank the Police coming straight from the underground...

Two lines of people running at each other is just silly. WW2 had Hiroshima as well.

WW1 invented tanks so...

And they were shit.

People ran at each other for a while. Then it got cold. Then they played football. Then the Russian Revolution happened. Then people got bored. And that's...

I went through a faze of being interested in wars when I was at Uni. Because I was doing Politics (all leads back to Greece at the University of Glasgow), we had to read up about the Peloponnesian War. I did Central and East European Studies as well so the course I did about the Russian Revolution was really cool because I'd never really had to look into the Russian side of the First World War. I was toying with the idea of doing a PhD Thesis on the role of Ukrainian Nationalists in the First World War, but then I decided that I'd rather get a job...

Ken.

Can't really be ringed going back to Uni now, either. People having to refer to me as 'Dr. Atkinson' would have been rather grand, though. I'd have insisted that they use my proper title too.

I didn't mind it. The thesis would have had to have been 100, 000 words and taken three years to research. Can't be ringed with that.

I'd love to go and study something, but I've got the attention span of a goldfish. If I have to write an essay or something in my spare time, I end up listening to music and getting drunk. I guess I'll just have to stick to dead end warehouse jobs...
