New South Park

Re: New South Park
I just thought it was classic South Park that the boys resisted and resisted something until it became clear that it was the way forward but, by the time they jumped on the band wagon, it was yesterday's fad.

Haha, yeah, you could see that coming from a mile off but it was exactly what you wanted to happen! And yeah, Cartman making fun of that kid was really funny. And also when Brydon's dad slapped the child abuse investigator people out of the house, that was hilarious. They've done a real good one, yay!

Re: New South Park
Just watching it a second time. Did anyone else see the poster with a picture of the alien with 'Have You Seen Me?' written on it at the beginning? From what I've heard, there is an alien in every episode of South Park somewhere or other. Not sure if it's bullshit or not...

That was an excellent episode.
Gee.... I don't know about the rest of you guys, but lately the only things that truly motivate me are erections and bowel movements.

Re: New South Park
Hence why I said it's pretty shite. A few laughs doesn't make a good South Park episode. Besides, they've used the Goth kids to better affect before, e.g. in Raisins.
EDIT: I thought the funnier bits of the episode were the parodies of Joy Division etc songs.

Re: New South Park
Well they can't do an amazing episode every time. I can quite easily settle for a few laughs.

Re: New South Park
That's what people said about the Simpsons and look what happened to it. It just concerns me that we have a couple more seasons of mediocrity to get through with South Park. I just prefer to see things brought to an end before they get stale and repetitive.
