They're not like GWAR unless you're talking about We Kill Everything, other than that album DBX is nothing like GWAR, except it's the vocalist, rhythm guitarist and drummer, and they don't have mostly silly songs, they have ALL silly songs.

and to be fair they are not all silly songs, Churchmouse in the snow is quite sombre.
