I just like the whole stitched skin approach.
Gee.... I don't know about the rest of you guys, but lately the only things that truly motivate me are erections and bowel movements.

Re: Warhammer
i was planning on doing a sea nurgle army where they are all fucked up mutated fish things, i got the idea after i watched pirates of the carabean dead mans chest, the dreadnought could have been a giant walking fish bowel with a mutant fish inside of it with loads n loads of guns and wires n shit connected to the fish inside the bowel, all the nurgle soldiers would be wearing these suits that keep em moisturised

Well yes, but that's the special character Fabius Bile, so I couldn't really achieve that look on a normal squad.
I've stripped down a couple more old models anyway, so will have another try later.

Re: Warhammer
I know who it is james, and i wasn't suggesting you did.
However through the use of the green stuff, perhaps a similar effect could be created on a champion. On his shoulder pad or something like that. A lovely face like the necronomicon featured in the evil dead movies.

Re: Warhammer
Yeah, I did have that in mind to try for this squad, but I didnt want to overdo it as I'd already made several changes. Maybe I'll give the green stuff treatment to some future models though - I'd quite like to make some Nurgle marines using the cloaked Dark Angels veterans at some point...

Re: Warhammer
I've painted up another tester in roughly the same way, although I think this one looks slightly better. Here are the stages involved:
Paint trim Catachan Green, then armour areas Calthan Brown:
![Image](http://i73.photobucket.com/albums/i211/ashbeyj/All Shall Rot/teststage1.jpg)
Go over the Calthan Brown with Graveyard Earth, and apply some Camo Green to the trim:
![Image](http://i73.photobucket.com/albums/i211/ashbeyj/All Shall Rot/teststage2.jpg)
Blob Bleached Bone over the armour, and give the trim a coat of Thraka Green Wash:
![Image](http://i73.photobucket.com/albums/i211/ashbeyj/All Shall Rot/teststage3.jpg)
Apply a generous coating of Devlan Mud Wash over the armour:
![Image](http://i73.photobucket.com/albums/i211/ashbeyj/All Shall Rot/teststage4.jpg)
The metal is just Boltgun Metal with a Badab Black Wash. I haven't done any final touches of Bleached Bone over the washed armour yet.

It is just an old metal test model.
