I've never been into Warhammer enough to want to buy the figures, but I fucking love the artwork involved. I'd definately get a Warhammer 40k tattoo if I wasn't so 'anti nerd'...

i think there are so many pieces of warhammer 40k art that are alot better than thrash album covers

Ok well the wait is already over because I took some photos...

Chosen Elites armed with 3 Flamers and 2 Power Weapons - based on Dark Angels Veterans bodies. Flamer models have Ork Burna Tank backpacks, and High Elf horse tails representing flames, plus a few other bits I can't be bothered to describe.

nice one James.you really make me feel like i need to catch up :lol:
i got back into gamesworkshop this time last year and have only done those eldar scorpions so far :doh:
i just ordered the mega paintset 3days ago on ebay(£32 cheaper on ebay!!!!)
the downstairs spare room(dining room equivalent) now has a table and chair in the corner.i just need to wait for my brother to shift all his stuff upstairs to his room after hes finished painting the walls/got his new bed in there etc.
not long now and i promise i will be posting some more pics up very soon.
i cant wait to do it all properly ie:sit upright(rather than floor and coffee table),have plenty of workspace and have every single paint at the ready.so that plus all James' effort on this thread is gonna motivate me to get a bloody move on :D

Yeah good point... I wonder if he's modelled guitars and long hair on all of them, with dead emos being crushed underfoot.
