I think the best crying actors though are Tom Hanks (he bloody kills me in The Green Mile and Forrest Gump), Mickey Rourke (that bit in The Wrestler, christ alive) and Marlon Brando in the Godfather (although he doesn't cry properly, but when he's been told about Sonny being killed, the expression on his face makes me very upset). On the other hand, Robert De Niro, despite being the best actor in the world, is actually quite hilarious at crying, particularly in Goodfellas. Although he does a good cry in The Deer Hunter in the horrible Russian Roulette bit that made me feel horrible.

There's actually quite an emotional scene in the director's cut of Leon, where Leon tells Matilda about his past, and a couple of tears fall down his face and it's mightily sad.
