Wrong again, butt-munch?
It was average at best.
The only funny parts of the episode were basically based on Mark's interest in military history. In previous seasons they wouldn't have been the jokes in themselves so much as passing side-comments that would get a laugh out of people like us (e.g. the Anthony Beevor jokes). Whilst this isn't the fifth series' biggest flaw - that Jeremy is no longer funny needs addressing first - I do think they're making a bit too much of Mark's 'square-ness'.
The only thing that made me nearly piss myself that Jeremy said was 'Fuck off!' in response to being asked how old he was. Even the gun thing wasn't particularly funny.
