I would but I can't. If James reads this thread, please oblige.
In relation to Pantera, implying that KISS are glam is fucking laughable!
'Ride My Rocket'?
Erm, no thanks Glam Panther.
they might have started of as a glam band but then they saw the light re invented themselves and became a decent band. Kiss has always been and will be glam, and gay.
KISS have never been Glam. Do you even know what Glam is? Sod off and actually listen to the first 5 KISS albums. They are no more Glam than Bad Company or Deep Purple. Sure, they wore make-up but then Bob Dylan and Alice Cooper also wore black and white make-up, does this make them Glam? Nothing about KISS' music makes them Glam. KISS went from being Classic Rock to Arena Rock to, very disturbingly, Grunge.
And KISS, gay? Excuse me but how many women has Gene Simmons bedded? Gene is a perfect role model for any red blooded male; excellent business acumen and, apparently, sex appeal.
The fact you say that Pantera became a decent band makes your existence totally pointless. Pantera always sucked regardless of who they were ripping off.
I'm finding the whole anti-KISS rhetoric on this board quite amusing now. In the past 24 hours people have used Chuck Schuldiner and Pantera in their anti-KISS musings. Seeing as Chuck and Dime were two of the biggest KISS fans of all time, I don't see the logic in this.

my point is that you should not be so narrow minded on what people listen to on here, and just to let you know i do own quite a few kiss albums include destroyer and the much slatted dyansty album. You are too easy to wind up. stop getting so upset about what people say about kiss and take it with a pinch of salt. and yes kiss do come under glam rock. i hppen to own seven of their albums. I used to have more on lp before i had to get rid of them. Kiss might have been good in 75 but so was bands like Black Sabbath, Rainbow, Deep Purple, and Alice Cooper (alice cooper did start off as a band). Kiss were not any better than any the mention bands.

Priceless.
Reminds me of a joke where did Geme Simmons go on holiday.
He went to Tampa with the kids.
Metal Iain you come onto a thrash forum and start raving on about a band who no one gives a fuck about on here, you should expect to be flamed when you start slagging metal fans. go back to reading your kiss comics and leave the metal fans to post about relevent stuff. and while you are at it, play with your kiss dolls as well. I am sure you will be very happy. No please go away you are boring me now.
